On July 29th, the Fedora local team gave an introductory presentation for the students of Computer Systems Engineering at Universidad Interamericana de Panamá as our contribution for the Engineering Week that this university organizes.
We talked about the different projects that are being managed within Fedora and the benefits that they could get by participating. The presentation was made by Alejandro Pérez, Luis Segundo, Luiz Bazán and me. The students were very interested and some of them are beginning the process of participation in Fedora.
It is important to mention that this was the first participation of Luis Segundo, representing the Fedora local team. At the end, the university gave us a certificate indicating our participation in the event.
